Process for Fabricating High-Speed Flexible Electro-Optic Modulators

Demonstrates robustness of polymer devices.

Potential Applications:

  1. Large photonically controlled phased array antennas which conform to aerodynamic shape.

  2. Large photonically controlled phased array antennas unrolled in space after Launch.
